Lorsque les deux architectes de talent G\u00f6sta Tiemer et Max Rieder d\u00e9butent leur collaboration en 1990, le r\u00e9sultat est si fructueux qu\u2019ils cr\u00e9ent une ann\u00e9e plus tard la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en nom collectif Tiemer&Rieder Architektur Gstaad. L\u2019entreprise s\u2019installe \u00e0 la Cheseryplatz \u00e0 Gstaad et emploie 6 collaborateurs. En 2002 lorsque G\u00f6sta Tiemer prend sa retraite, Max Rieder lui rach\u00e8te ses parts et transforme l\u2019entreprise en soci\u00e9t\u00e9 individuelle; renomm\u00e9e Rieder Architektur Gstaad. Elle compte \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 12 collaborateurs. Puis, 3 ann\u00e9es plus tard la raison sociale est chang\u00e9e en soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme. Rieder Architektur AG compte alors 13 employ\u00e9s. Le d\u00e9veloppement des services immobiliers d\u00e9cide Max Rieder \u00e0 cr\u00e9er la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e Rieder Bau und Immobilien AG.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L\u2019entreprise continue de cro\u00eetre et les bureaux deviennent trop exigus. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nove le chalet de l\u2019ancienne poste de Saanen, sis \u00e0 la Bahnhofstrasse 5 et y d\u00e9m\u00e9nage en 2008. Aujourd\u2019hui, ce sont plus de 16 collaborateurs qui sont actifs pour Rieder Architektur AG et Rieder Bau und Immobilien AG.<\/p>\n
