Elevated above Saanen, a new building is being constructed on Alte Strasse in a typical Saanenland style. The chalet extends over 4 respectively 5 floors. All floors are accessed via lift. A technical floor in the 2nd basement for the pool control system. The 1st basement floor houses the ancillary rooms and the small but cosy spa area with pool. A car port for 2 vehicles as well as a storage and ski room is planned directly next to it. On the ground floor are the 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and all with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen, dining and living area as well as a library are located on the upper floor. All rooms have access to balconies and terraces on all sides. On the top floor you will find the master suite with spacious bathroom and dressing room as well as a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The corresponding balconies are of course a must.
